• the page URL and the sentence, result, or interaction state in question;
• a primary source, calculation, or repeatable test where possible;
• whether the issue changes the claim, the boundary, or only the explanation.

What a correction records

Date, affected page, previous claim, corrected claim, evidence, and whether the interaction or portable rule changed. Substantive entries stay public after the page is fixed.
